Which Microsoft 365 licence is the right one?
That depends on which applications and security features you need. We advise you and recommend the right combination.
Can our existing e-mails be migrated?
Yes. As part of the setup, we migrate existing mailboxes, calendars and contacts.
Does Microsoft 365 also work on Mac, iPhone and Android?
Yes. The Microsoft 365 applications are available for Windows, macOS, iOS and Android.
Is our data in Microsoft 365 backed up automatically?
Microsoft runs the services with high availability. That doesn't replace a separate backup of your data – more under Backup.
What happens when someone leaves the company?
We block the account and hand over the mailbox and files according to your instructions – nothing is lost.
